Copy of the filled in Registration Form will be sent to your Email-ID as attachment for printout. The printed Registration Form with parents signature has to be submitted in person to the school office with the registration fee of Rs.300/- on 22th November 2023 between 9.00a.m and 12.30p.m.
• The photocopies of the Birth Certificate, Report Card of anyone of the exams (Half Yearly / Revision Exam / Annual Exam Report Card), Community Certificate and Aadhaar card for candidate have to be attached along with the Registration Form. (Please bring the originals also with you. It will be returned immediately after due verification)
• A photocopy of the Baptism Certificate and a letter from the Parish Priest. (only for RC Christians)
• Please attach photocopy of any one of the following documents as address proof: Aadhaar Card / Ration Card / Voter’s ID / Telephone Bill. (Please bring original for verification.)

• Registration Form submitted in the school office alone will be taken for admission process.
• Notifications for selection/rejection of students will be sent to the concerned parents by sms/email.
• Intimation will be sent to all applicants by SMS / Email in due course.
• Kindly give your correct mobile number and email id for sending SMS / Email regarding admission.
• Admission will be confirmed only after all procedures are completed.
